Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You’ll deliver OT services to adults and work closely with patients to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

This role offers clinical autonomy, meaningful outcomes, and a supportive, therapist-driven team.

Qualifications

• COTA license or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients in daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
