Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support continuity of care and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to discharge planning and patient/family instruction.
