Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered occupational therapy for adult/geriatric patients in Perrysburg, OH. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and COTA licensure or eligibility.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving older adults' quality of life.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress.
