360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to serve Geriatric and Underserved Communities in Seymour, Indiana. Qualifications

• Active State License
• Licensed Optometrist in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses
• Recommend follow up care and treatments
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions
