Total Care Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for full-time work in Marysville, OH, with options across Marysville and Plain City. The role focuses on maximizing independence in daily living activities, cognition, and safety through individualized plans, including home adaptations and hands-on interventions.

Formación

• Must hold a current Ohio OT license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Experience in geriatrics, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, balance, and independence.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and home/environmental modifications.
• Reassess progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations.
• Document progress in EMR and educate residents, caregivers, and staff on safety and energy conservation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated, patient-centered care.
