Total Care Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Central Ohio team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and help older adults regain independence through ADLs, cognition, and safe functional performance.

Formación

• Current State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in geriatrics, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized OT plans of care.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, balance, coordination, and independence.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Reassess progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per state regulations.
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on home safety, fall prevention, and energy conservation.
