Job summary

VALIR PACE LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate participants’ cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning and promote independence within the PACE model of care.

The OT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and quality of life, with a preference for candidates with geriatric rehabilitation experience and NBCOT CPR credentials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.
• Current unrestricted OT license in the state of practice required.
• CPR certification required; NBCOT certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred (geriatric, rehabilitative, or PACE).

Responsibilities

• The OT evaluates cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning to promote independence.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and quality of life within the PACE model.
