Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an occupational therapy program.
• Passing score on the NBCOT exam.
• Current, active OT licensure in OK.
• CEU requirements must be maintained to stay in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and fulfill a plan of care focused on ADLs and mobility.
• Provide occupational therapy services per standards and productivity guidelines.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants per board requirements.
• Educate patients/families and coordinate with staff to ensure carryover of therapy goals.
• Complete daily treatment notes, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges per Medicare guidelines.
