Job summary

NOVO Rehabilitation in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will help residents increase independence in ADLs/IADLs and support safe, functional therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited OTA degree, NBCOT COTA certification, active OK licensure, and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited program.
• NBCOT COTA certification or eligibility.
• Active licensure as COTA in Oklahoma.
• Maintain CEU requirements to stay in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with evaluating OT to provide skilled treatment for ADL/IADL goals.
• Deliver therapy services to residents per standards and productivity guidelines.
• Document daily notes, progress notes, and discharges timely.
