Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan OT care to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver OT services focusing on ADLs and adaptive techniques.
• Assist daily tasks: dressing, bathing, grooming, meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers.
• Track progress and update treatment plans.
