Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
