Homewood Retirement Centers in Maryland seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide daily living support to residents under licensed supervision. You’ll assist with hygiene, feeding, and mobility while maintaining confidentiality and following care plans.
Requirements include English proficiency and being listed on the state nursing assistant registry. We offer PTO, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life insurance, retirement contributions, and licensure
Qualificações
- Confidential handling of resident information and family details.
- Adherence to established policies and practices.
- Assistance with personal hygiene tasks and daily living activities.
- Support in nutrition and feeding as needed.
- Lifts/transfers per care plan and Lift Free Program.
- Accurate concise recording and reporting of changes.
- Active participation in resident care planning.
- Understanding and following the resident care plan.
Responsabilidades
- Provide activities of daily living care under licensed supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents and their families.
- Assist with bathing, hygiene, linen, and feeding when necessary.
- Record observations concisely and report changes to the team.
- Participate in and support the resident care plan.
- Observe safety procedures for lifts and transfers per plan.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
