Job summary

Homewood Retirement Centers in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant I to join our licensed care team. You will provide daily living assistance under supervision, maintain resident dignity, and support hygiene, meals, and mobility for our senior residents.

Qualifications include active Maryland CNA-I certification, placement on the state registry within 120 days, ability to lift 30 pounds, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland CNA-I certification and be active.
• Listed on Maryland Nursing Assistant registry within 120 days.
• Ability to lift and transfer 30 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand and move for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living care under supervision.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and document observations.
• Support hygiene, meals, and feeding as needed.
• Record resident information accurately and report changes.
• Participate in care planning and Lift Free Program.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
