AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in California to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support staff. The role coordinates daily activities across disciplines and departments to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, 2+ years in geriatric nursing, and at least 1 year of staff supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred, with BLS certification required.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff.
• The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities.
• Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.
