Job summary

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare, with bilingual abilities preferred. A valid BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ geriatric nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervising staff in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing and supervise clinical staff.
• Coordinate activities with all departments and regulatory agencies.
