AltaMed is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee all nursing care and supervise clinical staff. The role collaborates with all disciplines, departments, and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has geriatric nursing experience, and demonstrates leadership in healthcare settings. Bilingual abilities are preferred, with a focus on English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in geriatric nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year supervision/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervision of clinical support and nursing staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day staff activities and interdepartmental collaboration with regulatory agencies.
