Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support and nursing staff. The role requires coordination across disciplines and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree and California licensure, with 2+ years in geriatrics and 1+ year in leadership. BLS is required or higher. This position is based in CA and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a CA license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ geriatric nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and supervise clinical support staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day staff activities.
• Interact with disciplines, departments, and regulatory agencies.
