Job summary
Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities across Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, and Henrico, Virginia. The role emphasizes primary care with a low patient load to ensure attentive care.
This full-time position offers a $120,000 to $140,000+ base salary, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a generous bonus structure, malpractice and comprehensive health benefits, FSA/HSA, PTO, CME, DEA/license fees paid, 401k with
Qualifications
- Virginia NP license required
- DEA license required
- 1+ year advanced practice experience preferred
- Experience in geriatric settings or SNFs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate medical care for geriatric patients in SNFs
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent illnesses
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and caregivers
- Participate in on-call duties with limited nights per month
