Job summary

1 Care Partners in Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The PA will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians to assess, diagnose, and treat residents, emphasizing geriatric care and continuity of treatment.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia PA license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in SNF/geriatric care preferred.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in coordination with physicians.
