Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Point Pleasant, WV is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join Majestic Care of Lakin Center. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care for nursing center residents, collaborating with the leadership team and medical director.

The base salary range is $112,000–$120,000 per year, with a no-cap incentive compensation program, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license and NP certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing with Older Adult and/or Family NP focus.
• Two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.
• Current DEA and unrestricted APRN license where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners' mission by delivering high-quality care with compassion.
