Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to float between our Northwestern West Virginia centers, including Sistersville, Harrisville, and Glenville. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a salary range of $104,000–$112,000 per year.

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care to nursing residents, collaborating with the Medical Director and center leadership to meet patient needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse and certified as a Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with center leadership, Medical Director, and attending physicians.
• Support clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
