Job summary

Total Life Inc. seeks a nurse practitioner to lead longevity days in the El Paso-Las Cruces area, delivering in-person visits at partner senior communities. You’ll present educational talks and conduct longevity visits, with ongoing support from our CMO.

Site days are weekdays, about 4–8 hours per day, a few days monthly to start, with hours expanding as bookings grow. Requirements include Texas APRN license, DEA registration, board certification, and a New Mexico NP license if you’ll treat Las

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• Current NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• New Mexico NP license required for Las Cruces residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead longevity visits of 45–60 minutes per resident.
• Deliver educational talks to residents and families.
• Coordinate with primary care providers for follow-up.
• Accurately document encounters to Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities.
