Job summary

Total Life seeks nurse practitioners in the El Paso-Las Cruces area to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities. Each site day begins with a short educational talk on healthy aging, followed by one-on-one longevity visits.

You'll be trained and supported by our Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified geriatrician, and your first site day will be run with a team member. Weekday site days will grow with bookings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• Board certification as a nurse practitioner required.
• Active DEA registration required.
• New Mexico NP license required for Las Cruces residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits based on geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate residents for weight management and GLP-1 therapy when appropriate.
• Coordinate ongoing follow-up with primary care and specialists.
• Document encounters accurately in Medicare-compliant EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the El Paso-Las Cruces area.
