Job summary
AlignMed Partners in Epsom, NH seeks a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with center leadership and physicians to meet patient goals and quality metrics.
The base salary ranges from $116,480 to $128,960 per year, with a no-cap incentive compensation program; new graduates are welcome. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates, and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.
- Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and a focus in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
- For PA track: graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; state licensure required; NCCPA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents on-site.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet patient care goals.
