Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our therapy team in Oregon. The role focuses on geriatrics in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, with collaboration among psychiatrists, psychologists and care coordinators.

Opportunities include diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning and remote EMR documentation. A base salary plus incentives, with 4 weeks PTO and holidays, are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent masters degree with WA licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) required.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• Vaccinations or exemptions may be required.
• TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning and consults in SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators and facility staff for holistic care.
• Documents in EMR (Athena I) in a timely manner.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures.
