Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW/LMFT/LPC) to provide behavioral health services to geriatric residents in nursing homes and LTC facilities in Washington.

The role offers full- or part-time W2 positions with a compensation package including base salary plus incentives, with potential earnings of $70,000 to $100,000 annually. Expect PTO, CEU support, and AI-assisted documentation tools to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning in SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).
• Complies with agency policies and procedures.
