Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our geriatric mental health therapy team in Oregon, serving residents of SNFs and LTC facilities.

The position offers base salary plus incentives with total earnings potential of $70,000 to $100,000+ per year, plus benefits including generous PTO, CEU allowances, and access to AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree with LICSW/LMFT/LPC licensure.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• Vaccinations up-to-date or exemptions as required.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at partner SNF/LTC Facilities.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
