The position offers a competitive compensation package, which includes base salary and monthly incentives, with a total earnings potential of $70,000 - $100,000 annually. Candidates should possess a relevant master’s degree and Utah licensure to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Utah licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC is required.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) is necessary.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Enters documentation remotely in the EMR system.
