Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions in Helena, MT is seeking independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Long Term Care Therapy team. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling with Montana licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPC.
• Active NPI required; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is a plus.
• Experience in geriatric mental health in SNF/LTC settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, diagnose, provide psychotherapy, and treatment planning in SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Complete timely remote documentation in our EMR (Athena I).
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
