Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Ohio licensure as LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing.
• Experience in individual and group therapy with adults and older adults.
• Experience with behavioral health conditions in long-term or residential settings.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills for regulatory and payer requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing and medical providers.
