Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LVN license is required.
• CPR certification required; 30 days to complete course and certification.
• Ability to understand, remember and follow verbal or written English instructions.
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Ability to work flexibly with intermittent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and nursing standards.
• Lead licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
• Maintain infection control and wound care.
• Provide wound care and assess bandage integrity between changes.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with other departments and therapists.
