Apploi is seeking a Treatment Nurse to provide primary skin care to residents in accordance with their care plans, under the guidance of the Medical Director, Attending Physician, and Director of Nursing in a California facility.

The role requires compassionate patient interaction, adherence to privacy and facility policies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will document progress, assist with wound care, vital signs, and rounds as needed.

Qualificações

• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Ability to use a computer or tablet to enter resident data
• RN or LVN degree and valid license in good standing; CPR and BLS card

Responsabilidades

• Consulting with the Care Planning Team regarding assessment evaluations
• Ensuring nursing care is provided in privacy and per facility policies
• Checking vital signs
• Dressing wounds
• Making rounds with physicians when requested
• Listening to residents and families
• Addressing questions/concerns of residents
• Documenting resident progress notes accurately
• Abiding by facility policies including protecting user IDs/passwords
• Following Infection and Control policies and hand washing protocols
• Reporting occupational exposures to blood or body fluids to a supervisor
• Attending annual facility in-service training programs
• Attending meetings and serving on committees
• Completing other assignments (e.g., backing up LVNs and CNAs)

Conhecimentos

Formação académica

RN/LVN degree

RN/LVN license in good standing
