Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a licensed nurse to provide direct resident care in an in-home health/assisted living setting. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the Health Services Director.

You may supervise resident assistants and ensure medication administration according to community policies. Applicants should have a current nursing license and CPR/First Aid certification, with at least one year of relevant experience in home health

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with at least 1 year in-home health or geriatric nursing.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plan.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to Health Services Director.
• Supervise resident assistants as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity.
• Document and communicate resident care plans and changes.
