Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC seeks a Licensed Nurse to provide direct resident care in an in-home health setting. You will monitor health status, administer medications and treatments, and document changes per individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include ensuring privacy, safety, and compliance with state regulations while assisting in supervising resident assistants and coordinating with the Health Services Director.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse with at least one year in-home health or geriatric nursing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds regularly.
• Strong documentation and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans and policies.
• Monitor resident health status and changes in condition.
• Administer medications/treatments per policies.
• Communicate and document changes to the Health Services Director.
• Assist in supervision of resident assistants.
