Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a licensed nurse to provide direct resident care in a geriatric in-home health setting. The role includes supervision, monitoring, documentation, and communication of changes in condition to the Health Services Director.

Responsibilities include administering medications per policy, ensuring privacy and dignity, and assisting in supervision of resident assistants while maintaining a safe, clean environment. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse with at least one year of in-home health or geriatric nursing experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all federal and state laws, including state Resident Rights’ law.
• Communicates residents care plan changes to resident assistants.
• Monitors resident health status and documents changes.
• Administers medications/treatments per community policies/procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents and maintains a safe environment.
