Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complies with all federal and state laws, including state Resident Rights’ law.
• Monitors resident health status and changes in condition.
• Administers medications/treatments per community policies/procedures.
• Maintains resident privacy and dignity and adheres to confidentiality.
• Documents resident medical data and communicates changes to nursing staff and Health Services Director.
• Assists in supervision of resident assistants and implements care plans.
• Maintains safe and clean environment and follows infection control procedures.
