Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team in New York. The ideal candidate will hold an active NY LPN license, provide high-quality resident care, and participate in therapy activities to enhance resident experience.

Shifts are 7AM-3PM with every other weekend mandatory. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and fringe perks. Competitive wages up to $40/hour.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license.
• Alternate weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians and health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
