Job summary

SENIOR CARE THERAPY is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in New Jersey facilities. This role emphasizes patient-centered care with a strong focus on minimizing administrative burden by handling billing and credentialing in-house.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the applying state.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for geriatric residents in SNF/long-term care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
