Job summary

Senior Care Therapy seeks Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents across facilities in NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with administrative support handled by SCT.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in-state or as required by applying state.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Experience or ability to provide in-person services at facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for geriatric residents.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR.
