Job summary

Total Life Inc. seeks licensed nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. On-site visits follow a structured geriatric assessment and include education talks for residents, then one-on-one longevity visits.

You will be trained by the CMO, collaborate with families and staff, and travel between communities. A Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and Medicare documentation experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
• Experience caring for adults 65+ and Medicare documentation/E/M coding.
• Willingness to travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and work on-site weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45–60 minute longevity visits after geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate weight management options including GLP-1 therapy when appropriate.
• Coordinate follow-up care with primary care providers.
