Qualifikationen

• MD degree from an approved medical school
• Full and unrestricted medical license in the United States or D.C.
• Completed residency approved by VA for core specialty training
• Board certification preferred in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Experience with home-based primary care or geriatric patient populations

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care directly or through supervision of residents in HBPC or institutional settings
• Lead HBPC team coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participate in accreditation reviews, program development, and site visits
• Order and manage diagnostic and therapeutic plans and medications
• Ensure quality metrics, patient safety, and documentation standards
