Brockton Post Acute and Healthcare Center is looking for a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive safe and appropriate nutrition care to support their health goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, current RD credentials, and a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience. Our facility values healing and quality care, fostering a supportive environment for staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably within geriatric, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist food service staff in developing and implementing departmental procedures.
• Maintain quality assurance for the Food Services Department.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor resident nutritional status and recommend adjustments.
