Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. You will plan, organize, and direct comprehensive nutritional care for residents in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards.

You will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, oversee diet orders, and collaborate with the team to align diets with medical conditions while educating residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Actively licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete thorough nutritional assessments, including MDS sections.
• Develop, implement, and update nutritional care plans and monitor weight changes and nutrition support needs.
• Oversee diet orders, review menu changes for compliance, and ensure correct textures are served.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics

Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Actively licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in the State of Wisconsin
