Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient services in an assisted living community in Deerfield Beach, FL. This PRN role offers flexibility and competitive pay.

You will deliver skilled OT treatments, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Florida COTA licensure and an associate degree are required, with two years of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices.
