Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks per posted menu; follows special diets.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable.
• Keeps work area clean, organized and sanitized.
• Follows health code for storage and temperatures; maintains documentation.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies to meet portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and respectful work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
