Job summary

LIFE Pittsburgh is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate all care delivered to participants by Personal Care Staff. You will help set annual budgets for center operations and monitor spending by service and per member per month.

Reporting to the Management Team, you will develop onboarding and training for PCA staff, supervise scheduling, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while maintaining compassionate, participant-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• LPN or RN strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital, long-term care, or community care experience.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration.
• Coordinate care delivered to LIFE Pittsburgh Participants by Personal Care Staff.
• Develop, monitor, and recommend center budgets by service and per member per month.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and training for PCA staff.
• Manage staffing scheduling and address shortages with CCS and schedulers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality programs.
