You will lead staff, ensure DHS compliance, manage budgets, coordinate care with Nursing, and maintain a positive, compliant culture that enhances everyday life for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management role in Personal Care Home or senior care.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS regulations for Personal Care Homes preferred.
• PCH Administrator certificate required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PCH unit with resident-focused service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including DHS requirements.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and mentor PCH staff.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and families regarding services.
• Manage departmental budget and control expenses.
• Coordinate with Nursing and Clinical teams for resident assessments and care planning.
