Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks a Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech at Cumberland Crossing Manor in McCandless, PA. This full-time evening shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) pays $16.74–$22.75 per hour, with a potential sign-on bonus up to $500, and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will support residents with ADLs, master Medication Administration cycles, and help run the daily operations with person-centered, quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Must be 18+ years old and have two years of Personal Care experience.
• Certification in Medication Administration with insulin administration documentation.

Responsibilities

McCandless, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $22.75/hour; Depending on experience + up to a $500 sign-on bonus

The Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS), demonstrates knowledge of the Medication Administration Cycle, and assists with daily operational needs of the community to help ensure individualized, person centered, and quality care.

Requirements for the Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of Personal Care experience.
• Must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
• One year Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
