Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in Personal Care Home/Assisted Living or similar senior care setting.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS regulations for Personal Care Homes.
• PCH Administrator certificate is REQUIRED.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to residents and staff.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the PCH, ensuring smooth, resident-focused service delivery.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing Personal Care Homes in PA, including DHS requirements.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and mentor PCH staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families regarding services and care needs.
• Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Clinical teams to ensure resident assessments, service planning, and quality care standards.
