Job summary

LIFE Pittsburgh is seeking a supervisor to oversee Personal Care staff and manage community services across participant homes, centers and other settings. You will act as a home care liaison, ensuring high-quality care aligned with LIFE Pittsburgh’s model.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting and policy development, guide staff through training, and collaborate with the Clinical Community Care Manager and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and adapt plans of care as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee Personal Care services and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage scheduling to maintain 24-hour coverage and safe care.
• Participate in budgeting and monitor variances for Personal Care.
• Collaborate with Core team and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and evaluate Personal Care services in homes and centers.
• Maintain policies and procedures and ensure PCA protocol competency.
• Lead hiring, orientation and training for home care staff and schedulers.
• Direct time and attendance, expense review and staff performance evaluations.
• Engage in family and care planning meetings and communicate care plans.
